SCHOOL AND PARENTS PARTNERSHIP IN LEARNING AT RA AL-MUSLIMUN NURUL ISLAM PALANGKA RAYA

Partnership is part of the tricenter of education, namely school, family and community. Establishing a partnership relationship with parents of students is an important thing that must be done by every school, because by establishing a good partnership, the school and parents can be connected and able to work together to achieve educational goals. However, it is still common to find several schools that do not yet have the awareness to establish partnership relationships with parents, therefore it is very important to raise awareness for schools so that they can establish good partnerships with students' parents. The research results show that: 1) There are 5 forms of partnership between schools and parents in learning at RA Al-Muslimun Nurul Islam Palangka Raya, namely: communication, parenting, volunteer activities, home visits, and tutoring. 2) There are 4 strategies for building school and parent partnerships in learning at RA Al-Muslimun Nurul Islam Palangka Raya, namely establishing emotional closeness, building two-way communication, holding parenting activities, and home visits.
