Abstract

Education is the process of forming fundamental intellectual and emotional skills towards nature and fellow humans. In general, education means a process of changing a person's attitudes and behavior in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training efforts, processes, actions and ways of educating. In order to form a personality, it is not just about providing knowledge about what is right and wrong. , but must be accompanied by guidance so that students can know clearly what is commanded and what is prohibited in Islamic teachings, to realize the goals of national education, educational institutions have developed, one of which is Boarding School (boarding schools) one of which is State High School 3 West Sumatra is one of the state educational institutions that provides boarding facilities, these facilities are provided for students who wish to receive additional Islamic religious lessons and Islamic activities contained therein. The supervisor is one of the most important factors in studying in the dormitory in guiding and coaching students in carrying out daily activities in the dormitory.
